[LEFT]If you have never watched Ghost in the Shell, be it the movies or the anime series then you do not know what you are missing. The series is phenomenal and offers many twists in it's plot line. Heres a quick plot summary of the tv shows to get the few of you who haven't watched it caught up.

Two versions of this game have so far been released onto the market, one for the PS2 console and one for the PSP. Although the games share the same title, they do not share the same gameplay nor story. The biggest difference is that the PS2 version is presented in a third-person view while the PSP version chooses to have a First-person view to relay much of the action.

The game has no direct relation to the main storyline other than the characters. The story spans 20 years and revolves around documents which detail an uprising in the Far North long ago. The action begins when a terrorist group decide to steal the historic documents. As you progress through the game, the conspiracy will begin to enravel and may possibly surprise you at the end, or not. You will follow through the story with your choice of 4 characters, [COLOR=Red]Motoko[/COLOR], [COLOR=Red]Batou[/COLOR], [COLOR=Red]Saito[/COLOR], and [COLOR=Red]Togusa[/COLOR] of [COLOR=Red]Public Safety No. 9 Dept[/COLOR].

I was surprised that the developers chose to make the game into a FPS verse just porting over the PS2 version which mentioned before, carried a third-person view. Even then, you can expect to get a completely new experience so this game is far from a port. Even then there may be some odd issues that may leave you questioning whether to continue playing.
