Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is the first of the Giakuten Saiban series to be released on the Nintendo DS. It's actually a port of Giakuten Saiban 3 for the GBA and due to this fact the touch screen features have been tacked on at the last minute. All of the touch features in the game could easily, and can be, executed by using the d-pad and buttons.

That being said, it is one unique title. What other game has ever let you be the prosecution in a court of law? Although this is a wacky court of law and the lawyer that one plays as is about as smart as a box of rocks. But that's not a problem as this stupidity is played out for laughs and as a means to teach the player how to play the game.
