• I cannot say how long the expansion will be sold by either the import stores stocking it or Nintendo as it does look like its one of those limited stock items that once Nintendo feels it has catered for its core audience it will stop making. I therefore recommend if you do wish to purchase the expansion that you do so sooner rather than later.

Introduction
Daigasso! Band Brothers! on the Nintendo DS was an undoubted success when it first launched as a release title in Japan. After such a positive response from the gaming community, in both reviews and sales, Nintendo decided to give the players the chance to play the songs they wanted and started a survey on their website where people could vote for any song to be put in the expansion pack they had just announced. A few lucky people who voted also got a free copy of the expansion pack when it was finished.

As of now the Request Selection expansion can only be bought directly from the Nintendo of Japan website but most import stores have taken it upon themselves to order large stocks of the expansion so that all the Daigasso fans who imported it can get a piece of the action as well.
