Sega has announced via their Japanese Virtual Console website that they will be releasing at least 4 new titles in February. Those titles include:

Vectorman
The Story of Thor (Beyond Oasis in the US)
Streets of Rage (Bare Knuckle In Japan - Awesome Name BTW)
