5. Parodius
Parodius ～Tako wa Chikyū o Sukū～ (Parodius: The Octopus Saves the Earth) or just Parodius, is a scrolling shooter video game developed by Konami for the MSX computer and was released in Japan. The game is notable for being the first title in the Parodius series, although it is often confused with Parodius Da! －Shinwa kara Owarai e－ in that respect. The name itself is a portmanteau of “Gradius” and “Parody” and, eponymously, the game is a parody of the Gradius series of space-based horizontally-scrolling shooters. Many of the characters and enemies are derived from that famous shooter series, while other elements are extracted from other Konami titles, such as Antarctic Adventure and Twinbee. This game is of particular note in the series as being heavily infused with Japanese culture and folklore.

4. Boong-Ga Boong-Ga
The object of Boong-Ga Boong-Ga is to score points by spanking or performing kancho (anal probing) on a model of a human posterior embedded in the game’s cabinet. A plastic finger is attached to the machine for players to perform the latter.
The game features eight characters players can “punish”: “ex-girlfriend”, “ex-boyfriend”, “gangster”, “mother-in-law”, “Gold-digger”, “Prostitute”, “child molester” and “Con-artist”. During gameplay, the facial expression of the chosen character is displayed on a monitor.
The game also dispenses cards that rates players on their “sexual behavior”, and for players who perform exceptionaly well the machine will dispence a small plastic trophy in the shape of pile of feces.

3. Visual Novels
You know how there are like 3-10 PS2 games released a week that are based on anime? They’re almost always visual novels and a huge portion of them are adult only.
Visual novels are distinguished from other game types by their extremely minimal gameplay. Typically the majority of player interaction is limited to clicking to keep the text, graphics and sound moving (most recent games offer ‘play’ or ‘fast-forward’ toggles that make even this unnecessary). Visual novels and ADVs are especially prevalent in Japan, where they make up nearly 70% of PC games released. They are rarely produced for video game consoles, but the more popular games are sometimes ported to systems such as the Sega Dreamcast or the Playstation 2. The market for visual novels outside of Japan, however, is nearly non-existent.
Battle Raper is a 3D fighting game in which the objective is to strip, grope, and sometimes actively rape the female characters, including a special move by the boss character and only male fighter where the female opponent is forced to perform fellatio as the camera zooms in. Like in most Hentai games, however, the penis is rendered invisible or transparent. There is also a feature in the game which allows the player to have sex with the female characters.

1. “CHO ANIKI” SERIES
The most recent of the Cho Aniki games was released for the PlayStation 2 in 2002. The game’s subtitle translates to “Legend of the Holy Protein.” With Masaya now defunct, the game was co-developed by X-Nauts and Psikyo. This team also developed Sengoku Blade, and this game plays much like it as a result.
The plot of this game centers on the Holy Protein, a deity-like glob of what may be semen. Samson and Adon hover around the glob, absorbing enemy fire as they did in previous games. This game lacks characters from previous titles, such as Benten. Some of the enemies include a giant, cross-dressing man in an Alice in Wonderland costume and a Mona Lisa painting that fires lasers from its eyes.

You need to go much much deeper in to video games to really see the perverse games. Battle Raper yea..that probably should be #2 or #1 in this list, but there’s worse games out there in Japan.

I can’t believe you didn’t put Battle Raper II in the #1 spot. I mean, all it is girls fighting and simulated sex. It even has the word ‘rape’ in it’s title… Can you imagine what would happen if a game like that was released in the States? Congress couldn’t denounce it fast enough.
Boong-Ga Boong-Ga is pretty f’d up too.

Actually, I believe that Parodius actually got out of Japan. I know there were 2 versions that made it over to Europe for the SNES, and possibly one of them made it to the US around 1992.
