So essentially PS3 will soon have a “Wake On LAN” feature that allows the PSP to ping the PS3 over the internet to wake it up.
You’ll then be able to play anything on or in your PS3 anywhere in the world.
Holy. Crap.
While this is a mind bogglingly cool feature, how many people will actually take advantage of this?
I remember reading recently that only 20% of PS3 owners were taking advantage of its HD capabilities due to the machine being packed with crappy composite cables. Will the masses really be able to understand and use this amazing feature?
