Talkman, which came bundled with a microphone, is voice recognition translation software for the PSP. The first version was released last November in Japan and featured several asian languages, along with English, to translate in between.
With the success of the software Sony has decided to release a European Edition this May. It will translate between English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, and Japanese.
No word yet of a US release of either of these products even though English is featured in both.
