Yep, some crazy fool over in Japan is porting the entirety of Final Fantasy VII to the NES. This guy updates his blog regularly with shots of new areas he’s ported, so if you’re a rabid FFVII fan you’ll want to bookmark it. Otherwise just enjoy the video above and realize that some fanboys have entirely too much time on their hands. EDIT: It is a widely available Chinese cart, this guy is just taking screens.

  1. I’m not sure he’s porting it; I’ve seen this on a few other sites, and from what I’ve seen, it’s a commercially available, unlicensed Chinese Famicom cart.
